Hostel Monteverde Backpackers

Stayed here for one night and had a great time! My room had all the essentials - a flat-screen TV with cable, a safe, and even a microwave for convenience. the staff were super friendly and helpful. 👍.

we had a good stay thanks to hotel's helpful and very very helpful staff. we got big room with a clean bathroom. the location couldn't be more favourable to the bus stop for monteverde cloud forest.

We had a great 2 nights stay. The room we got was clean and cosy with a nice shower. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. Liked our stay there and would not hesitate to return there...

Some people working there were completely unhelpful.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a safe area close to the center and Monteverde for 2 nights. All of the staff was affable and nice. - Our dormitory room was cozy.

The cozy dormitory room was a highlight for us. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was spacious. the location in the town of Santa Elena was convenient with easy access to a supermarket and stores. We enjoyed being able to have a drink at Gettin' Basted, which was located 1 mile away.

The free breakfast had a variety of delicious options, and the staff were friendly. the location was convenient, about a 10-15 minute walk from Jackpot Baptist Church. A good stay, just as I expected.

Appreciated our 2 nights here. the hotel was in a marvelous and excellent location close to a supermarket, ATM, places to eat, bus stop, and the town center.

The location of this place is fantastic, as it is near the town center; the room is cozy with a nice bathroom.

The staff at this hostel are really friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home and provide excellent service. The hostel has a nice and friendly atmosphere. We also liked the comfortable beds and small lockers. The location is fairly central and convenient for exploring the town and accessing public transportation. The hostel also has a good kitchen for cooking, although there is limited storage space for dried goods.

We had a fantastic time at Backpackers in Monteverde! The location was perfect for exploring the area and the staff were helpful. They organized all of our tours and activities, making everything so easy for us. The breakfast provided was delicious and gave us the energy we needed for our adventures. The atmosphere at the hostel was vibrant and fun, with friendly guests to socialize with. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, and we especially appreciated the warm water in the showers. we had a terrific experience and would definitely recommend this hostel for a great time in Monteverde.

I recently stayed at a gem of a hostel in Costa Rica for 2 weeks. The staff at Backpackers was outstandingly helpful, and they helped me with all the advice I needed. The shared kitchen was epic, fully equipped with everything you could need. The breakfast in the morning was free and had a variety of options. The location was super convenient, and I even saw a sloth right across the street!

Strongly recommend this hotel.
